Conditions Intersport Bike Academy – Guided mountain bike and e-bike tours
- Participation is at your own risk.
- Please be aware of all the risks (including sudden change of weather conditions, risk of falling, damage to people and property of third parties, danger of falling rocks) and their consequences.
- Regarding equipment, it is recommended to come with sports clothing/equipment appropriate for the tour and weather conditions.
- The use of a helmet is mandatory
- The use of knee pads, elbow pads and back protectors is recommended.
- It is recommended to carry small tools and repair supplies.
- Drinks, spare clothing and rain protection should also not be forgotten during all tours.
- Guided mountain-bike tours are largely on bike paths or unconsolidated hiking trails. Therefore, you should always ride by sight, assessing the difficulty of individual passages responsibly and, if necessary, dismount and push the bike. When riding on public thoroughfares the Italian traffic regulations must be observed.
- The organizer is authorized to exclude any participants from the tour due to technical deficiencies in equipment/sports equipment or in case of negligent behavior, without giving rise to claims for damages.
- Children under the age of 18 may participate in tours only if accompanied by their parents.
- No one is allowed to leave the group without having informed the guide in advance.
- Any refreshment, travel and transfer expenses are not included in the participation fee.
- The participant declares that he/she possesses the necessary physical requirements and/or technical driving skills to exclude any risk to his/her own safety.
- Pursuant to Articles 1441 and 1442 of the Civil Code, the participant declares that he/she has read and understood the description of the event and the conditions of participation and agrees. (binding consent for participation)
